Typical door-to-door lead time is 35–55 days depending on fabric availability, sampling rounds and shipping mode. Every stage below has a defined exit criteria nothing moves forward on a maybe.

Project Review & Quotation

Share your tech pack, design files, reference samples, or product requirements. Our team reviews your project, recommends suitable materials, confirms manufacturing feasibility, and provides a detailed quotation with MOQ, pricing, and estimated lead time.

Fabric sourcing & Material approval

We source fabrics and trims based on your required GSM, composition, color, and performance. Fabric swatches and trim options are approved before sample development begins.

Pattern Making & Sample Development

Digital patterns are created from your measurements and specifications. A development sample is produced for fit, construction, sizing, and design approval before bulk manufacturing.

Production Approval

After sample approval, production specifications, branding details, quantities, and packaging requirements are finalized before bulk production begins.

PP Sample & Gold Seal Approval

A pre-production (PP) sample is manufactured using approved fabrics, trims, labels, prints, and embroidery. After approval as the Gold Seal reference, bulk production is authorized.

Bulk Fabric Preparation

Approved fabrics are inspected, relaxed, and prepared before cutting to ensure consistency, dimensional stability, and production accuracy.

Precision Cutting & Bundling

Approved fabrics are precision-cut using production patterns and bundled by size, color, and style to maintain manufacturing accuracy and minimize production errors.

Garment Sewing & In-Line Quality Control

Skilled operators assemble every garment while in-line quality inspections verify stitching, measurements, construction, and overall production consistency throughout the manufacturing process.

Final Quality Inspection, Packing & Worldwide Shipping

Every garment undergoes a final quality inspection, finishing, labeling, packaging, and export preparation before worldwide B2B shipment.

1 proto + 1 PP is standard. Extra rounds costed transparently.
Reporting
Weekly WIP report during production. Daily during pack out.
